OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Audio Visual Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio-visual systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and hands-on experience to ensure seamless operation of audio-visual equipment in various settings.

• 5+ years of experience in IT and/or AV support, including senior-level troubleshooting and project leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of audio-visual equipment troubleshooting (cameras, microphones, amplifiers, displays, AV-over-IP systems).
• Expertise with enterprise conference room technologies (Zoom Rooms, Google Meet, Crestron, Q-SYS, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (switches, routers, WiFi, VLANs) and how they impact AV system performance.
• Hands-on experience managing Apple products using enterprise tools (JAMF, or similar).
