Drives revenue by managing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and developing strategic plans for commercial audio-visual and communication solutions. They act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, conducting regular business reviews and negotiating contract terms to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.   Key Responsibilities * Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, managing key accounts, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and providing strategic advice. * Sales and Business Development: Develop a sales pipeline, grow existing accounts, and secure new business in a designated territory, focusing on AV, SaaS, and telecommunications services. * Strategic Planning: Create and execute annual account plans, identify growth opportunities, and provide accurate forecasts (e.g., via Salesforce). * Solution Development: Collaborate with technical, engineering, and operations teams to recommend and implement technology solutions. * Contract Negotiation: Negotiate with customers and vendors for favorable contract terms, ensuring profitability and meeting client needs. * Customer Support: Guide onboarding, drive adoption of technology solutions, and resolve escalated issues.  Qualifications and Requirements * Experience: 1–5+ years in account management, sales, or project management within commercial AV, SaaS, or telecommunications. * Technical Knowledge: Understanding of audio-visual equipment, networking technology, and/or communication software. * Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build C-level relationships. * Systems: Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.com.  Common Job Functions * Conducting site visits and regular strategic reviews.
