We are looking for an AV Design Engineer for our Toledo, OH Branch, whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Somebody who is passionate about AV, whether you are the go-to expert in your home, school, or church, and can always find a solution to any AV problem, or you are interested in working towards becoming that person, we will provide the necessary training, support, and work environment to help you succeed.   Does experience count?

• Education: Associates degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.

• Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.

• Audio Visual Experience: at least 3 years of relevant industry experience or combination of relevant Electrical/Audio-Visual Engineering Education and experience equivalent
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a motor vehicle check.

• Design AV signal flows

• Work with existing architecture and electrical framework to design AV rooms.

• Keep up to date with new AV integration technology
