As a Lead Project Engineer, you’ll take ownership of delivering and supporting state-of-the-art AV and building control systems. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading service operations on completed projects — performing system health checks and client site visits.
• Overseeing workshop logistics — managing stock, parts, and coordinating deliveries.
• Building, commissioning, and testing racks and control panels for lighting, HVAC, and audio-visual systems.
• Guiding clients through transitions to remote support and enhancing our service offering.
• Supporting on-site teams and stepping in with hands-on expertise when needed.
