QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
· Proven experience as an Engineer in the technology and engineering sectors
· Good knowledge of Audio Visual, installations and commissioning
· Excellent problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
· Effective communication skills, capable of dealing with clients and team members at all levels
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent projects, ensuring that deliverables are achieved on time
· Demonstrate the ability to work cohesively as part of a team as well as independently
· Comfortable working at height
· Full UK driving licence
· Familiar in the use of power tools/hand tools and cutting equipment
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Lead Audio Visual Engineer to work on National projects and to provide exceptional customer service.
Subject to your location, we will consider applicants working from a home base/remote working.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Installation and Service of LED walls and Large format displays
· Installation and Service both Audio Systems LoZ and HiZ sound systems
· Installation and Service Video Distribution systems including AvoIP and video matrix
· Installation and Programming (DSP) digital sound processors
· Have a good knowledge of IT and network equipment
· Provide comprehensive service and support for client sites, ensuring operational integrity and client satisfaction
· Resolve complex technical issues efficiently with a focus on excellent problem solving and fault-finding skills
· Collaborate as an integral team player within a multi-disciplinary team
· Flexible working hours are required to accommodate the needs of our clients. You may be required to work away from home as and when required. You may be required to undertake twilight or late evening hours or overnight working
