Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for an experienced Digital Signage Installer (Fitter) to join their team.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Digital Signage or Commercial Signage Installations: 2 years+ (preferred)
Audio Visual Setup & Installation: 2 years+ (preferred)
Work Authorisation: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Travel: 100% UK travel (night work essential).

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Digital Signage Installer, you’ll be responsible for installing and commissioning a wide range of digital signage systems, including large-format LED displays, LCD screens, and audio systems with integrated control solutions.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers, playing a key role in delivering high-quality installations to prestigious clients in retail and travel sectors. The role offers excellent variety, combining on-site installation, system testing, and technical troubleshooting, with some office/warehouse-based duties in Leeds/Bradford.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Mounting & Setup - Install and configure LED displays, commercial LCD signage, and in-store audio systems in retail stores and airports across the UK.
Commissioning & Reporting - Assist with testing new systems, verifying cabling, checking signal flow, and troubleshooting where required.
Wiring & Cabling - Plan and install power, video, and data cabling; ensure neat, professional finishing.
Rack Build & Terminations - Populate, wire, terminate, label, and test racks to industry standards, interpreting schematics and diagrams.
Structural Installations - Safely mount large LED panels using correct support structures.
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting - Work with the technical team to resolve faults across hardware, software, and network connections.
Maintenance & Repair - Carry out routine maintenance, updates, and component replacements (power supplies, LEDs, etc.).
Health & Safety - Ensure compliance when working with electrical systems and at heights.
Compliance & Quality - Installations must comply with building codes and electrical standards, ensuring top-quality client outcomes.
Office & Warehouse Support - Support stock control, maintenance reporting, deliveries, and project prep/clean-up when needed.
Collaboration - Work directly with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure smooth project delivery.
