Description:
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Expected to have experience in a related IT role (or equivalent)
- Demonstrate a level of competency through implementation of medium level fixes
- Demonstrate that you are multi-disciplined, typically gained through a mixture of formal and on the job training
- Demonstrate that you have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with customers
- Demonstrates behavioural competencies associated with frequent change, is customer orientated, versatile and organised
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
- Point of contact for Conference Room queries
- Complete monthly audits (50% of estate)
- Ensure all Incident Management and IMAC Completion is to SLA
- Complete Non Standard Requests and Project Tasks/Quotes to completion and within agreed timescales
- Maintain End User Guides
