We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment in various settings.

SKILLS

• Strong field service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in the installation and maintenance of AV equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues effectively.
• Knowledge of computer hardware relevant to audio-visual systems.
• Understanding of schematics related to electrical systems and AV setups.
• Mechanical knowledge applicable to the maintenance of AV equipment.
• Experience with cabling techniques for efficient setup and organization.
• Background in telecommunications is a plus.
• Crestron Toolbox

• Install and configure audio-visual equipment including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing AV systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to audio-visual technology.
• Manage cabling for audio-visual setups, ensuring proper organization and safety standards are met.
• Provide service support for clients, addressing any technical issues that arise during events or installations.
• Collaborate with team members to execute large-scale events requiring advanced audio-visual setups.
