As a Low-Voltage Project Manager, you'll lead the orchestration of projects that redefine environments through cutting-edge cabling, audio-visual, security, wireless/DAS, and network infrastructure services. Base Salary Range- $100,000-$125,000 Please note that this job posting includes base salary information for the assigned target market range within the primary geographic region where the requisition is posted. Individual pay rates will, of course, vary depending on the skills, experience, certifications, specific licenses, internal equity, and education of the applicant. Responsibilities What You’ll Achieve: Lifecycle Leadership: From presales to post-installation, you’ll steer projects of all scales, navigating through planning, procurement, execution, and closeout with a strategic lens. Milestone Mastery: Ensure project plans are bulletproof, tracking milestones, timelines, and budgets to guarantee success. Quality Champion: Drive our quality assurance ethos at every project phase, embedding excellence into our deliverables. Risk Navigator: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth sailing and swift corrective actions when needed. Change Manager: Skillfully manage change control, securing necessary adjustments and approvals to keep projects aligned with goals. Team Orchestrator: Lead and inspire your project team, including Vision’s finest and our trusted subcontractors/vendors, to deliver outstanding results on time. Relationship Builder: Cultivate enduring relationships with existing accounts and explore new territories, opening doors to fresh opportunities for Vision’s comprehensive suite of services. Financial Steward: Align all contract documents, ensuring proper billing and budget adherence for financial transparency and accountability. Qualifications 4+ years program/project management experience Minimum of 2 years of successful large scale AV implementation managing projects with AV content from $2M to $5M+ on a single contract for delivery 3+ Years’ experience managing large projects under General Contractors Strong background in the integration of audiovisual, video conferencing and closely related technologies (digital signage, paging, sound masking) Experience managing a team of Project Managers and Foremen on a large complex project Current PMP certifications for Project Management College degree or equivalent work experience Above average proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Project and Excel Self-starter, self-sufficient and self-motivated to maximize productivity without supervision AVIXA CTS, Cisco, Polycom, Biamp, and other industry certification a plus WORKING ENVIRONMENT Travel may be required in MD-DC-VA Metro area. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
