At Systech AV Canada, we bring technology to life through innovative audio-visual solutions for homes and businesses. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Audio Visual Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent for someone who wants to start a career in the AV industry, gain hands-on experience, and grow with us. You’ll work closely with our sales and project teams to support bids, proposals, and client communications while learning the ins and outs of our exciting industry.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Post-secondary education in business, communications, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Previous office, sales, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required — we will train the right candidate.
  • Holds drivers license preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of bids, proposals, and quotes for AV projects.
  • Assist in reviewing bid documents and gathering information needed from sales and technical teams.
  • Help maintain pricing lists, vendor quotes, and project files.
  • Track bid deadlines and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Prepare professional client documents and assist with presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team (scheduling, emails, reports).
  • Learn and contribute to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Jump in on ad hoc tasks to support the team and gain broader experience.
