* Technical Expertise: Proficient in the setup, operation, and maintenance of audio, video, lighting, and rigging equipment. Strong understanding of signal flow, sound mixers, video processors, switchers, LED systems, and live streaming technologies. Basic skills in editing, color correction, and captioning. * Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Able to diagnose and resolve AV issues quickly and calmly in high-pressure environments. Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy. * Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and teams. Capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and training others on equipment use. * Physical & Environmental Readiness: Physically fit to lift and transport heavy AV gear. Willing to work flexible hours and travel to event locations as required. * Core Competencies: Adaptable, organized, self-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality AV experiences.
