Description

The Audio-Visual Technician is responsible for providing audiovisual support to Fox Chase Cancer Center personnel for presentations such as meetings, webinars, seminars, video conferencing and live events. This position involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting audio visual (projectors, screens) and sound (microphones, speakers) gear for meetings, events, or virtual sessions ensuring a seamless tech delivery of the event. The Audio-Visual Technician maintains careful equipment inventory and works closely with clinicians, meeting planners, scientists and the communications and marketing staffs. The AV Technician will be required to order supplies and maintain departmental records. Office / clerical work may be assigned. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Associate's Degree Multi-media, Video Production, Audio Visual or related field Preferred Experience General Experience and working knowledge of the operation and troubleshooting of AV related technology Required General Experience with Audio Visual and presentation technologies in a professional setting Preferred General Experience in a customer service role Preferred Licenses
