  • Demonstrated capability in installing various video wall configurations, including LCD, LED, and projection-based systems, ensuring optimal visual impact and functionality.
  • Proven expertise in the installation and integration of PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras.
  • Familiarity with various audio and video signal types and their connections.
  • Technical certification or relevant coursework is preferred.
  • Skilled in setting up and integrating video teleconferencing systems (VTC) across platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco Webex.

Responsibilities
  • Perform service tasks for audiovisual projects, including but not limited to diagnostics, customer interaction, troubleshooting, and ensuring the issue is resolved and closed.
  • Perform installation tasks for audiovisual projects, encompassing but not limited to pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting projects, and executing metal fabrication as required.
  • Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints to facilitate precise installation and integration of AV systems.
  • Utilize hand and power tools proficiently to solder, crimp connectors, and perform various other AV systems-related tasks essential to the installation process.
  • Assist in basic mechanical fabrication and the wiring of racks to contribute to the successful completion of projects.
  • Travel to various job sites as necessary to carry out installations and support project requirements.
  • Execute other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in addressing additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and project objectives.
  • Assist engineers and programmers with minor programming changes and troubleshooting.
  • Review RFPs and support the project team in selecting the BOM and during the overall RFP process.
  • Conduct client training on installed systems.
