Description:
SUMMARY
This position will support the warehouse in fulfilling orders, maintaining quality control, best practices, procedures, and fostering an orderly and organized warehouse. They will need to work with team on scanning and maintaining equipment. They will need to be technically knowledgeable and have a broad understanding of Audio Visual and the warehouse environment. They will help coordinate the flow of equipment on the warehouse floor. They will report to the Warehouse Manager.
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Pay Range: $25-$27 / hour
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION:
- High School diploma or GED
- Clear driving record and ability to pass a DOT Physical
- A/V Experience Preferred
- Must be highly detail-oriented, able to multitask, and be able to work within extremely tight timelines
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse communication styles
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 75+lbs
- Proven internal and external customer-facing service and professionalism
- Ability to work extended hours, evenings, holidays, and weekends as business demands

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, scan and count all equipment and related items to be delivered to and from show site
- Identify broken/damaged gear needing repair
- Repair items in–house when able. Send gear to authorized maintenance shops and track items in/out of inventory
- Evaluate and maintain the flow of gear to and from trucks
- Pick-Up and return cross rented equipment promptly when directed
- Ensure equipment is packed safely and securely
- Direct loading and unloading of all trucks and vans with full-time, part-time, and freelance staff
- Assist in ensuring all orders are complete, labeled, and ready for delivery
- Monitoring transfer orders (transfer in and out)
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
- Assist with all equipment shortages and help locate equipment to fulfill orders
- Direct loading and unloading of multiple trucks/vans daily
- Support other departments and warehouse activities when needed
- Drive company trucks/vehicles on deliveries/pick-ups to show sites and contracted hotels
- Drive and operate a forklift safely
- Assist with setup/strike of shows when necessary.
- All other general warehouse duties as assigned
