Job Title: Audio Visual Warehouse Technician
Pay Range: $25-$30 / hour
Supervisor: Warehouse Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ

SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for shipping and receiving procedures, quality control procedures, and warehouse flow of audio-visual equipment. Lead the gear maintenance program for the Arizona operations team, including maintaining gear and arranging authorized repairs when needed. S/He will need to be technically savvy and have general working knowledge in a warehouse environment. S/he will scan equipment in and out of the warehouse, coordinate flow of gear, and coordinate with others in the warehouse. S/He will report to the Warehouse Manager.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION:

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be extremely detail oriented and have a great sense of urgency
• Excellent organizational skills
• Written, verbal and comprehension skills in English
• Must be able to lift 50+lbs
• Excellent attention to detail required
• Excellent professional interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• High proficiency in multitasking and keeping to tight timelines
• Proven internal and external customer service expertise
• Ability to work extended hours, evenings, holidays, and weekends as business demands

• Identify broken / damaged gear needing repair
• Repair items in –house when able. Send gear to authorized maintenance shops and track items in/out of inventory
• Evaluate and maintain flow of gear to and from trucks
• Ensure gear is packed safely and securely
• Help direct freelance labor hired to assist with loading and unloading
• Assist with shipping and receiving of all inventory purchase orders (physically and electronically)
• Help allocating equipment for multiple orders at the same time
• Assist to ensure all orders are complete, labeled, and ready for delivery
• Monitoring transfer orders (transfer in and out)
• Verify all outgoing orders against transfer receipt
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
• Assist with all equipment shortages and help locate equipment to fulfil orders
• Direct loading and unloading of multiple trucks/vans daily
• Support other departments and warehouse activities when neededAll other general warehouse duties as assigned
