Due to customer demand, we also provide quality hearing aids from brand manufacturers through our telemedicine platform. This model has already proven successful in the Swiss and Italian markets. After launching in the US in 2025, we are looking to expand our team to further grow this segment! Tasks Your main task is to provide individual customer support in the field of hearing aids. Among other responsibilities, you will be accountable for: Adjusting and remotely fitting hearing aids via our telemedicine platform Supporting our customers, primarily through video and telephone communication Performing services and minor repairs on hearing aids Selling the entire range of hearing aids Requirements You are a licensed audiologist and also possess: A communicative and customer-oriented personality Self-motivated, reliable, and ambitious individual, eager to drive growth and take advantage of opportunities to develop their own career and contribute to building a high-performing team. An interest in ensuring customer satisfaction Independence and a willingness to learn new things Familiarity with digital technology Licensing Requirements: You are an Audiologist, and your license should be in one of the 37 states participating in the Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact (ASLP-IC) Benefits You can work from home or at your location.
