Description Are you an audiologist looking for an opportunity to become part of a successful, fast-growing ENT practice that values and respects Audiologists? Albany ENT and Allergy Services is looking for a full-time Audiologist to join our outstanding and collaborative team. You would be responsible for diagnostic hearing and vestibular testing, pediatric/adult hearing assessments, as well as dispensing of premium hearing instruments. Audiologists and Physicians have a collaborative relationship at Albany ENT, which ensures that our patients receive excellent hearing health care. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, confident, and patient focused Audiologist who is comfortable with seeing a wide range of ear pathologies. Requirements Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology, current state, and national certification. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) or eligibility preferred 3-5 years’ experience in an ENT environment strongly preferred Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague and vendor population. Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $98,000 annually. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, education, experience, and qualifications. Audiologists will also be eligible for commission in addition to their base salary. On average, audiologists earn between $15,000 - $20,000 in commissions annually. New Hires are eligible for a $10,000 commission guarantee in their first year of employment as a dispensing audiologist. Relocation assistance available for candidates currently residing more than 100 miles from our offices.
