REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in external audit, with demonstrated exposure to advisory services
• Professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and taxation will be a strong advantage

• Independently lead and manage statutory external audits for a wide portfolio of clients
• Oversee full audit cycle from planning to final reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations
• Supervise and guide audit teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance
• Manage and execute Internal Audit and Advisory engagements, including risk assessments, process reviews and operational audits
• Liaise directly with clients for issue resolution, reporting, and relationship management
• Review and finalize working papers, draft financial statements, and ensure audit files meet internal quality standards
• Contribute to staff training and process improvements within the audit and advisory practice
