Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As an Audit & Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for delivering audit, accounts, taxation, and business advisory services to a diverse client base. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensure compliance with legislation, and provide strategic insights that add value. Additionally, you will support senior management in overseeing tasks and personnel to maintain efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct audits, prepare accounts, and manage taxation tasks with accuracy and professionalism
  • Stay up to date with relevant legislation and communicate key updates to clients
  • Act as a key client liaison, ensuring smooth communication and efficient problem resolution
  • Oversee and delegate work within the team, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
  • Identify opportunities for clients to enhance their business performance and introduce relevant services
  • Support the development of junior team members through training and mentorship
  • Work alongside senior leadership to manage budgets and achieve performance targets
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high professional standards at all times
