Your work will involve using advanced analytics, data wrangling technology, and automation tools to leverage data and focus on establishing the right processes and structures to enable our clients to make efficient and effective decisions based on accurate information that is complete and trustworthy. Minimum Qualification: Bachelors’ degree in Engineering with python experience Working experience: - At least 3+ years of professional experience in Python development. - Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior developers. - Extensive experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and others. Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing,and code reviews. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Problem-Solving and Analy􀆟cal Skills: - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. - Ability to analyse complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Communication and Collaboration: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Demonstrated enthusiasm for con􀆟nuous learning and professional development. All candidates of senior developer are required to pass a coding test (Junior candidates are encouraged to finish). This test will evaluate: Basic problem-solving skills.
