Responsibilities
  • Collect and collate information provided weekly in departmental compliance books and lead on the Centre Compliance Framework.
  • Present the weekly compliance meeting to all department representatives - highlighting good practice and areas for improvement.
  • In line with the compliance framework, conduct dip tests to ensure efficiency and assurance.
  • Where required, provide daily, weekly and monthly data to inform updates of performance to senior managers through monitoring of compliance.
  • Support staff in their understanding of the contract and the execution of their duties in compliance with the requirements of the contract. This may require training of new staff.
  • Oversee the entire complaints process, including collecting, processing and organising complaints submitted and allocate them according to the nature of the complaint.
  • Store and collate information regarding complaints and provide a detailed monthly report for the Head of Operational Delivery and other reports that are required by the organisation such as Key Performance indicators and targets.
  • Support with any general administrative tasks as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager, or other managers within the team.
  • Assist in the promotion of creating a positive Health & Safety culture across the site leading by example, this includes reporting accidents and near misses in a timely manner & follow the applicable safe systems of work for the role.
