They’re hiring an Audit Associate with 1–3 years’ experience and at least 1–2 busy seasons under their belt. The role is prep-heavy at first, but designed for people who want to grow. Those with larger firm backgrounds tend to thrive here, though adaptable candidates from smaller firms can make the leap.
