Job Description This open role is exclusively for Late shift UK prime hours on rotational week-offs: DAYLIGHT SAVING: 18:30 to 03:30 IST (14:00 to 23:00 BST) NON-DAYLIGHT SAVING: 19:30 to 04:30 IST (14:00 to 23:00 BST) As an Audit Associate, you will be dedicated to risk-based auditing of retail platforms. Focused on preventing and detecting internal and external crimes such as theft and fraud, the department employs rigorous analysis and monitoring of customer betting activities of LadbrokesCoral Group retail shops. The role of retail auditing is an exciting opportunity to dive deep into the dynamic world of retail, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. You'll have the chance to work closely with various stakeholders, analyze key metrics, and drive improvements that directly impact the success of the business. Due to the sensitive and high-risk nature of Central Audit operations handling live retail transactions, financial controls, and confidential data, all employees are required to perform their duties exclusively from the office premises. Reporting to your Mangers (Assistant Manager & Team Leads) you will be part of the LCG Central Audit Team, who will be responsible for accomplishing expected task/s of the Audit process. There is no provision for Work from Home (WFH) & we also operate on Entain India holidays to support UK retail business. Are you ready to make a significant impact by joining our team? What you will do Extensive knowledge on the retail audits and audit process adherence. Audit cycle governance and compliance reporting. Direct contact for the investigation teams and customers. Point of contact for multiple loss prevention audits for the business To strictly follow the auditing guidelines in place through the Audit Centre (AC)teams audit plans. Accurately investigate the errors and anomalies obtained through business transaction database. Effectively contribute to driving down fraud and lose within the business. Investigate patterns and trends identifying potential fraud and loss. Communicate with relevant security investigators and provide supporting documentation evidence when required. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the AC team process with a view to catching fraud and detecting error. Capture all data accurately including potential fraud and loss from the errors in service no Qualifications Education – minimum Bachelor’s Degree Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time. Time-management skills and multitasking ability. You must comply with and support the company’s responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives. Knowledge to understand Retail Auditing. Good written and verbal communication skills On call Support/handling skills for Retail auditing.
