We provide audit, tax, and advisory services to a wide range of organizations, including charitable and social service agencies, healthcare providers, foundations, museums, housing programs, faith-based institutions, and professional associations. As an Audit Associate II, you'll work on engagements that directly support these mission-driven organizations while building your career alongside recognized leaders in the not-for-profit and employee benefit plan space. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Participate in financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations * Assist with Single Audits for organizations receiving federal funding * Perform audit testing and evaluate internal controls * Prepare audit workpapers and supporting documentation * Communicate directly with clients and engagement team members * Collaborate with managers and partners throughout engagements * Build expertise in not-for-profit and employee benefit plan auditing WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT Clark Schaefer Hackett is a recognized leader in the not-for-profit sector. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * 1-3 years of audit or assurance experience * Understanding of audit methodology and financial statement engagements * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Desire to learn and grow within public accounting A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED * CPA or CPA-track * Not-for-profit audit experience WHY CSH?
