Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Associate to join our professional team in Sandyford Dublin, Ireland. As an Audit Associate, you will play a crucial role in conducting financial audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and delivering high-quality services to our diverse client base. Perform audit procedures and tests in accordance with company policies and professional standards Analyze financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation Identify and communicate potential audit issues to senior team members Prepare clear and concise audit work papers to document findings and support conclusions Collaborate with team members and clients to gather necessary information and resolve queries Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations for client meetings Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements Support senior auditors in planning and executing audit engagements Maintain a high level of professional skepticism and ethical standards throughout all audit activities Qualifications Part Qualified Accountant, preferably pursuing CAI or ACCA certification Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Demonstrated strong academic performance 1-3 years of audit experience gained within a professional services firm Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite Solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong time management and organizational skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with clients Additional Information As a colleague here at S&W Partners, you will have access to benefits that include: Competitive salary Life assurance Hybrid working model (role dependant) Generous holiday package Study leave package We are proud to value the differences that a diverse workforce brings, representative of society and our clients.
