OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Audit Associate to join our team serving nonprofit organizations. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about using their accounting skills to support mission-driven organizations while growing professionally in a collaborative environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in public accounting, auditing, or nonprofit financial management.
• Experience in nonprofit or church accounting preferred.
• CPA license (Active, Inactive, or in progress) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and QuickBooks (or willingness to learn).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

• Assist in audits, reviews, and compilations that support nonprofit financial stewardship.
• Work directly with senior auditors and managers to deliver high-quality attestation services.
• Communicate with organizational leaders through video calls, phone, and email to address financial and accounting questions.
• Apply accounting principles and nonprofit financial reporting standards.
• Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights.
