THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, financially savvy, and trustworthy Audit & Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance across our 19 businesses by conducting audits of financial transactions, inventory records, and operational procedures.
Working closely with Finance, Operations, and People & Culture, you’ll help safeguard the integrity of our systems, identify risks, and recommend improvements. If you’ve got experience in hospitality, strong financial acumen, and a natural ability to build trust, this role is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic BC tourism and hospitality company.

Responsibilities
  • Audit financial transactions, inventory, and POS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify inconsistencies, trends, and risks in sales and operational records.
  • Partner with managers to strengthen best practices for compliance, security, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture on investigations, ensuring fairness and discretion.
  • Deliver clear reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and support training programs that improve compliance practices across teams.
  • Stay current on industry best practices to keep our compliance systems strong.
