Description

We are seeking an analytical and client‑focused Audit & Consultancy Specialist with strong writing and communication abilities, and a proven background in drafting or implementing accounting manuals and policies. You will support internal and external audit engagements, provide advisory services, and contribute to developing internal control frameworks and documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Client Interaction: Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather information, present findings, and drive action plans
  • Project Support: Assist in preparing proposals, methodology documentation, and project deliverables
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s a plus)

  • Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CIA
  • 3–5 years of audit or consultancy experience; experience in developing accounting manuals is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, audit methodology, and internal control frameworks
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to write precise reports and present technical information clearly
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, audit software (e.g., CaseWare, ACL), and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)

Responsibilities
