Job Description Audits schedules arrangements in the EMEA zone, in line with our clients timelines and requirements. Suppliers relationship management from operation set-up (supplier onboarding and engagement) to actual service scheduling. Resource planning and allocation according to services types, inspectors and auditors expertise, transport cost optimization. Ensure some daily operational support to our field inspectors and auditors and to the suppliers. Support in new employees onboarding and training. Qualifications It could be you, if you have: Excellent communication skills in English/French. A college degree or above, with major in Sciences, Business Administration, Logistic or any specialty linked to the Supply Chain. A high level of motivation, polyvalence, outstanding organization skills. Have had some experience in quality control, trading, or manufacturing.
Responsibilities
The Audit Coordinator is responsible for arranging audit schedules in the EMEA zone and managing supplier relationships from onboarding to service scheduling. They also provide operational support to field inspectors and auditors.
