Job Location: 5 Offices Around Southern Connecticut
Job Salary: $120k - $180k
Requirements: Must have 5+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm)
We are a growing firm of about 50 employees who was founded in 2017. We are quicky growing into a regional feel with clients coming from national firms. We specialize in a number of industries including Construction, Healthcare, Technology, Non-Profit, Technology, Manufacturing/Distribution, Real Estate, Retail, Professional Services, and many more. We take a “hands-on” approach bringing a collaborative environment for all our employees and taking the steps necessary to really invest in our employees. We strive to give our employees the tools needed to become successful and advance within our firm. We currently have 5 locations around the southern Connecticut area, but we can also offer flexible remote options.

Base Salary: $120,000 - $180,000

• Work Weeks based on 37.5 hours schedule - anything over is OT (for true-up)

• Flexible Hours:
• 9-75 Plan: able to work 75 hours over 9 days instead of 10 they get every other Friday off (May to January)
• Summer Fridays: If 37.5 Hours worked is finished by 2:30 on Friday they can leave
