As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our executive team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager with a minimum of 10 years in auditing, accounting, or relevant fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing audit teams, handling complex audits, and ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations. A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is a must for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is a must.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within a Big Four firm or reputable audit practice.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, local regulations, and auditing standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in audit management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Analyze financial statements, internal controls, and audit processes to identify risks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
  • Stay updated with changes in regulations and best practices in auditing and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance audit procedures and methodologies.
