We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Sunset Beach, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering detailed insights to support business operations. This is a long-term contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute significantly to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Lead the execution of audit programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Oversee audit engagements and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial processes.
• Develop and implement audit plans tailored to business needs, including SOX compliance.
• Conduct detailed reviews of financial operations, particularly in the retail industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday Financial Management systems.
• Analyze audit results and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Identify risks and propose actionable solutions to mitigate them.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in auditing or a related field.
• Expertise in creating and managing audit programs and engagements.
• Proficiency in SOX compliance and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with auditing processes within the retail industry.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
