Key Responsibilities
Supervise multiple audit and risk assessment teams
Oversee development and review of audit plans, testing strategies, and final reports
Ensure compliance with GAGAS, GAAP, and CIGIE in all audit processes
Review audit documentation, workpapers, and reports for quality and adherence to standards
Serve as the liaison with OIG leadership, external stakeholders, and client agency representatives

Provide leadership in managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Mentor audit staff, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate professional development
Recommend enhancements to audit methodology, internal control frameworks, and risk management approaches
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
10+ years of audit experience with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities
Professional certification: CPA, CIA, or CISA highly preferred
Wide-ranging knowledge of professional audit standards (GAGAS, GAAP, CIGIE)
Exceptional leadership, organization, communication, and analytical competency
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, including executive-level reporting and collaboration
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $117,704.00 - $124,723.00 per year
