Audit Management Lead and conduct audits of credit operations, anti-money laundering processes, and/or credit risk of the wholesale credit portfolios in the Bank, adhering to Group Audit's standards and key performance indicators, and assist to ensure timely completion and delivery of all audit findings and reports Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls related to wholesale banking including international branches Provide value-added opinions and recommendations to improve the design and effectiveness of internal controls Review and assess the appropriateness of audit issues, recommendations, and management responses, as well as adequacy of evidence for closure of management action plans People Management Work with a team of internal auditors in the planning, scoping, and execution of audits related to wholesale banking activities Adopt a prudent risk and compliance culture that promotes good ethics, accountability, and good conduct Meet key performance indicators that will enable the Division to meet or exceed its mission and goals Who You Work With Group Audit is all about oversight. Degree required and preferably with relevant professional qualifications or certifications At least 7 years of relevant experience Familiar with wholesale banking products, lending processes, credit risk management, and/or credit and trade operations processes, and anti-money laundering and sanctions concepts in wholesale banking Familiar with regulatory requirements in Malaysia and overseas locations Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain balanced risk-reward perspectives Good written and oral communication skills Proficient in data analytics tools and techniques Ability to interact with people at different levels and work in a team High level of initiative and drive, with the ability to work independently under some guidance Ability to travel up to 30% of the year What we offer: Competitive base salary.
