THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our growing Audit and Advisory division is seeking an experienced and collaborative Audit Manager to join their team!
Working within a young, dynamic and collaborative team, you will work directly with the Partners and take ownership of a diverse client portfolio specialising in Owner Managed Businesses, Small to Mid-Cap ASX Listed entities, large proprietary companies, Australian subsidiaries of foreign owned groups and Not-For-Profits.
What makes you ‘just right’
This is a genuine leadership role focused on fostering a positive team environment through mentorship, guidance, and support. You will be leading a team of talented professionals and playing an active role in driving new business opportunities, continuously improving audit methodologies and practices, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality audit and related services.
The role encompasses all aspects of the statutory audit process, including planning audit engagements, assessing business and related risks, and executing assignments to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of both local and international audit standards, including IFRS, and experience auditing large proprietary and small-cap publicly listed companies. A sound understanding of internal control requirements for accounting and IT systems is essential.
You will have approximately 5+ years of experience, hold a CA, ACA, or ACCA qualification, and possess a degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline with a major in Accounting or Business.
