What the role will entail: Conduct and supervise the conduct of regular/focus/spot audits of units indicated in the department's annual audit work plan and conduct special/fraud investigations as assigned by the Section/Department Head. Perform independent validation and periodic reviews of risk models to ensure that these remain relevant for the Bank's use. Ensure that the different audit reviews/processes of the audit team are following sound internal auditing standards such as the Institute of Internal Auditors International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and other supplemental standards issued by the regulatory authorities/government agencies, as well as the relevant code of ethics. Conduct and document the preliminary risk assessment of the Model Validation (MV)/Audit in the Pre-Planning Memo What we're looking for: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (BS Math) or Bachelor of Science in Statistics (BS Statistics) or Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics (BS Applied Statistics) or Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics. At least 5 years of work experience in Model Validation/Development Knowledge of various risk modeling techniques related to trading and liquidity management and Expected Credit Losses Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills What you can expect from joining our team: Career development and training opportunities.
