Responsibilities
Lead and oversee statutory audit engagements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), ISAs, and ACRA regulations
Ensure consistent application of audit methodology and quality assurance processes across all engagements
Serve as signing partner for audit reports, taking full professional and legal responsibility
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, regulators, and internal teams
Drive business development activities and contribute to firm growth through client acquisition and expansion
Coach and mentor audit managers and staff, fostering a culture of learning and accountability
Keep up to date with regulatory changes, audit standards, and emerging industry risks
