Audit Senior Associate – Boutique CPA Firm

This boutique CPA firm (around 30 people) has a solid, diverse audit client base think manufacturers, nonprofits, retail, 401(k) plans, single audits, and local governments.
They’re looking for an experienced auditor (3–8 years) to join the team and step into a key role as the current Senior Manager begins to reduce their workload.
You’ll work closely with the partner group and the existing manager to learn the clients, develop relationships, and take the lead over time. It’s the kind of environment where you won’t get lost in a hierarchy but you’ll still be supported, mentored, and given space to grow.
Hours are reasonable, with overtime around deadlines. That time doesn’t go unnoticed either, it’s banked and can be used as PTO or paid out as bonus.
There’s a clear plan here: to bring someone in who wants to grow into an experienced manager role and build something long-term. You’ll be joining a stable team, with the autonomy to run your work but the backing to never feel like you’re going it alone.
