Location: Canfield, PA
We are seeking experienced Audit Seniors, Audit Managers, and Audit Senior Managers to join our growing team. These roles require strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service while managing complex engagements.

• Lead audit and review engagements, including team staffing, planning, and scheduling.
• Evaluate client internal controls and prepare/review work programs and time budgets.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members while providing constructive feedback.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management letters, schedules, and tax returns.
• Research complex accounting issues and discuss findings with leadership and clients.
• Monitor engagement budgets, identify scope changes, and obtain client approval.
• Assist new businesses with entity selection and software implementation.
• Contribute to staff evaluations and support professional development initiatives.
• Participate in educational programs and represent the firm at professional events.
• Maintain technical expertise by staying up to date on accounting pronouncements.
