AUDIT SENIOR | FORT LAUDERDALE, FL / WEST PALM BEACH, FL | HYBRID SCHEDULE

We have partnered with a respected and growing CPA firm who are seeking an Audit Senior to join either its Fort Lauderdale or West Palm Beach offices. This is a high-impact role with direct client interaction, complex tax work, and a clear path for career advancement. They make sure their employees get a work-life balance, offering a hybrid work schedule with a maximum of 50 hours per week during busy season.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting
• Demonstrated Progress to Pursue a CPA License
• 3+ years of public accounting experience in audit
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, FASB standards, and audit methodology
• Working knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ProSystem fx Tax, Engagement, and Fixed Assets is a plus.

• Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning through completion
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and timelines
• Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff, fostering a strong team culture
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and senior management
• Perform and review complex audit procedures across diverse industries
• Work directly with Partners to oversee full firm audit proccesses.
