Audit Senior -- Government Services Meaningful client work • Complex engagements • Premier government services team   As an Audit Senior, you’ll play a key role in delivering audits, reviews, and compilations for state and local government clients. You’ll lead critical portions of engagements, collaborate closely with managers and partners, and help guide junior team members—while building specialized expertise within a highly regarded government services practice. This role offers autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to build your reputation as a trusted advisor—both inside the firm and with clients. ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll take ownership of audit engagements from planning through completion, while also serving as a mentor and coach to staff auditors. You’ll manage higher‑risk and more complex areas of engagements, provide thoughtful analysis and insight, and ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll work directly with clients to address issues as they arise, apply professional standards to real‑world situations, and help ensure conclusions are well‑supported and clearly documented. As you grow, you’ll also begin developing relationships internally and externally, contributing to marketing goals, and expanding your subject‑matter expertise.
