Description

An award-winning financial services company is looking to hire an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join its expanding Financial Services audit team. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a senior leadership role in a high-performing and technically strong department, with a focus on regulated clients in the financial services sector.

Requirements * ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent) qualified

  • Extensive experience auditing clients within the financial services sector
  • Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit standards
  • CASS experience is desirable
  • A track record of managing and developing junior staff
  • Excellent communication skills and a commercial, strategic mindset
  • Strong client-handling and stakeholder engagement abilitie
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage your own portfolio of financial services audit clients
  • Deliver high-quality audits in line with UK regulatory requirements
  • Support planning, resource allocation, and workflow management within the audit team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client growth strategies
  • Ensure revenue and profitability targets are consistently met
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting a positive team culture

Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
