PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

• ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record at Audit Manager or Senior Manager level within a professional services environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to manage a varied portfolio of complex and mid-market clients.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality audit work and driving best practice across engagements.

• Lead audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients.
• Manage and develop audit teams, fostering a culture of trust, flexibility and performance.
• Ensure audits are delivered to the highest quality standards, with a strong focus on technical excellence and client service.
• Contribute to business growth through developing client relationships and spotting new opportunities.
• Support firm-wide initiatives in technology adoption, innovation and continuous improvement.
