Our audit engagements are in many industries including: manufacturing, distribution, technology, life sciences, retail, hospitality, real estate, healthcare and non-profit. We also audit 100+ EBPs, and to a lesser degree, perform due diligence, projection, AUP, and review engagements. Responsibilities: * Lead and execute diversified accounting and auditing engagements with an emphasis on for-profit and some nonprofit clients across designated industries, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to engagement timelines. * Apply advanced technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and firm methodology to assess risk, design audit procedures, and resolve complex accounting and reporting matters. * Participate in engagement planning, including risk assessment, staffing, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure efficient and effective execution. * Review and evaluate workpapers, prepare financial statements, and related reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards and firm policies. * Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach. * Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring engagements are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the firm’s quality standards. * Exhibit and continuously strengthen technical competencies, including emerging accounting standards, industry-specific reporting requirements, internal control frameworks, and audit technology tools. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s preferred * CPA licensed or actively pursuing certification highly preferred * 4+ years of recent public accounting experience; for-profit and nonprofit experience preferred * Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed This is a full-time position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours, including some evenings and weekends, will be required during peak busy seasons. Pay Range: The salary range for this position is included below.
