REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the financial industry
• Master’s degree in any discipline
• Internal audit or PSP industry experience preferred
• Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret financial data and regulatory requirements
• Comfortable to liaise in business chinese to stakeholders stationed in China

• Oversee monthly financial statement reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Support finance teams on regulations, audit documentation, and risk controls.
• Liaise with legal, compliance, and external auditors.
• Lead cross-border audits (CAS, IFRS, US GAAP) and IPO audit processes.
• Manage complex equity incentive and ECL calculations.
• Provide IFRS-based tax compliance advice and annual adjustments.
• Design audit workflows for multinational subsidiaries.
