This is a remote position. 40+ hrs/week Work Schedule Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST (1-hour unpaid break) with some weekend coverage Job Description: You’ll play a critical role in ensuring AI-powered customer service meets the highest standards by being the quality guardian between cutting-edge AI technology and customer satisfaction. This isn’t just reviewing tickets – you’re helping shape the future of automated customer service while directly impacting major e-commerce brands. You’ll work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where your attention to detail and quality focus will be essential to the company’s success and growth. Responsibilities: Review and evaluate every AI-generated customer conversation across multiple e-commerce client accounts Identify errors, abnormalities, and inconsistencies in AI handling of customer interactions Flag critical issues requiring immediate attention or escalation to maintain service quality Ensure AI performance adheres to each client’s specific processes and standards Process approximately 250-300 tickets per 8-hour shift while maintaining quality focus Provide detailed feedback on AI performance to help improve system accuracy Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously during each shift Maintain comprehensive quality control standards across all assigned accounts Support peak season operations when volumes are expected to triple Requirements: Strong attention to detail with ability to spot abnormalities in customer service interactions Experience in customer support, quality assurance, or review-based roles Experience in AI auditing (preferred) Quality-focused mindset with preference for thoroughness over speed Ability to maintain focus while reviewing high volumes of customer conversations Strong communication skills for flagging issues and providing clear feedback Comfortable working flexible schedules including overnight and weekend shifts Bonus if you have experience working with multiple accounts or clients simultaneously It helps if you’re comfortable in fast-paced, technology-driven environments Bonus if you have experience with AI or automated systems Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage in eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring ZR_29511_JOB
