Our operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality Job Description You will be expected to: - Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the client’s in-house procedure - Be alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client - Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients We may also request you to: - Provide your expertise in client meetings, to create custom quality control procedures based on their specific requirements - Contribute your ideas for improving the quality of our Operations projects Qualifications It could be you, if you have: -Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience conducting audits, with a focus on ethical/social compliance (e.g., SMETA, BSCI, SA8000), environmental audits (e.g., ISO 14001), and manufacturing audits. -University degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Quality Management, Social Sciences, Environmental Science). -Recognized audit certifications, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, SA8000, ISO 14001, or equivalent, are highly desirable. -APSCA (Association of Professional Social Compliance Auditors) Member status is preferred. -Solid communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal). -Familiarity with international audit procedures and reporting standards. -Ability to work independently and travel within Tunisia (and abroad) as required. -Strong organizational and reporting skills.
