  • Prior experience conducting Dealer Sales Incentives and Warranty Audits is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in dealership environments, including either retail or wholesale operations.

  • Previous experience as a District Sales Manager, Customer Care & Service Process Manager, or After Sales Manager is a strong asset.
  • Strong technical knowledge in automotive diagnostics and repair procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in dynamic and variable environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credentials are preferred.
  • Licensed automotive mechanic is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits of dealership warranty and sales incentive claims to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Analyze claim data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and potential fraud.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools and Excel functions (e.g., V-lookup, Pivot Tables) to evaluate trends, identify anomalies, and support audit findings.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to dealership personnel and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with dealers to explain audit outcomes, answer questions, and resolve disputes professionally and ethically.
  • Ensure consistent application of service and sales policies across audited dealerships.
  • Operate remote tools and scanning equipment from a Windows-based laptop and perform secure data transfers via the internet.
