Job Description Key Responsibilities Conduct in-store data collection and retail audits. Recruit and maintain panel stores, distribute incentives, and build strong retailer relationships. Support auditor hiring, training, supervision, and performance monitoring. Handle ad-hoc requests, UC processes, and administrative tasks (cash advances, liquidation, etc.). Ensure data quality by revisiting stores, troubleshooting issues, and supporting backend systems. Collaborate with teams (MDQC, Data Ops, Data Sci, CSM) to uphold reporting integrity. Contribute to team learning, share best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Data Quality Focus Maintain accuracy and integrity of collected data. Explain and validate data movements store-by-store. Reinforce quality KPIs and resolve issues (coding errors, unclear manuals, category definitions). Qualifications Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or above; college degree preferred. 2+ years’ experience in data collection or retail environment. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English required; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage due to interaction with local retailers. High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency with smartphones, gadgets, and collaboration tools (Google, MS Office, Skype, etc.). Willingness to travel, conduct fieldwork in varying conditions, and engage with shopkeepers. Problem-solving mindset, coaching ability, and professional maturity.
