Description

Responsibilities: * Traces documentation to summaries and audits numerical sequence, signature and other documentation for accountability and compliance with internal control submission and state regulations. * Prepares input sheet for daily revenue journals. * Participates in the reading of slot machine meters. Institutes and documents control procedures for issuance and redemption of all coupons and tickets by computerized system. * Maintains a daily and monthly reconciliation by analyzing all outstanding items. * Works in conjunction with other operating departments in the execution of new coupon programs. Investigates and reports any discrepancies with outlined control procedures. * Responsible for ordering and security of all coupon tickets. * Assists with lifting, storage, and maintenance of departmental records. * Completes special assignments for management as requested. * Other Duties as assigned. Work Environment: * Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
