Hall Chadwick (WA) Pty Ltd are a national Top 10 Audit, Corporate, Business Advisory and Accounting practice located in Subiaco dedicated to providing tailored financial solutions and services to a range of Australian and International clients.
With our audit division experiencing fast growth and expansion we now require an Audit Supervisor or Manager to join our dynamic team.

To be considered for the role you will have:

  • between 5 to 9 years of practical audit and corporate services experience especially with a focus towards mining exploration companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange;
  • CA or CPA qualification;
  • a current driver’s license valid in Australia and ready access to a motor vehicle;
  • To be eligible to apply, you must be available full time and have work rights, Australian Citizenship or hold Permanent Residency status in Australia.

Duties include:

  • Planning the Audit including consultation with Clients, Directors and Managers
  • Responsible for ensuring effective workflow on jobs to achieve budget through team supervision as well as providing mentoring, training and support to junior team members
  • Discuss assignment issues with manager/partner and liaise with client on them

· Identifying additional work opportunities from existing clients and promote the firm and its services to clients and associates.
· Assist in the development of systems and processes that will ensure all work is performed to the highest professional standard and in accordance with the policies and procedures
This diverse role will offer you a high level of responsibility as you foster strong client relationships while developing technical and professional skills within a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will be responsible for ensuring effective workflow management while monitoring and mentoring team members performance and ensuring production requirements are met. You will report directly to partners and be an integral client facing member of the audit team.
